Teaching 
Gloria Toplis has experience of teaching people of all ages and levels of experience. She has taught music to pre-school groups, to primary school classes, to secondary school pupils and to university students – both undergraduate and postgraduate.
What do I teach?
I offer teaching in the following:
- pianoforte
- music theory
- harmony and counterpoint
- music analysis
- keyboard musicianship
- aural training
- music history and contextual studies
- essay-writing and academic referencing
I can prepare students for:
- Piano and theory examinations of ABRSM and Trinity/Guildhall
- GCSE Music
- AS and A2 level Music
- Diploma paperwork
- Degree-level work (undergraduate and postgraduate)
Who do I teach?
People of all ages and abilities who wish to learn more about music or who would like coaching for examinations.
Where do I teach?
I can teach either in my own home (on the Beckenham/Sydenham border) or in the homes of students within the South London area.
